Cavaco AI as a Data Controller

Cavaco AI as a Data Processor

In these instances, Cavaco AI acts as a "data processor" and processes Customer Data on behalf of the customer, who is the data controller. This Privacy Notice does not apply to the processing of Customer Data; please refer to the privacy notice of the respective customer if their processing affects your personal information.

You can revoke our access at any time from your Facebook Settings.

13. Google Ads and Google Account Data

Google Account Access

Cavaco AI allows users to connect their Google accounts through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization process in order to enable Google Ads and related advertising functionality within the platform.

By authorizing Cavaco AI, users grant access only to the specific Google services and permissions required to provide the requested functionality. Depending on the features enabled by the customer, Cavaco AI may access:

Google Ads account information and campaign data
Google Merchant Center product feeds and catalog information
YouTube assets associated with advertising campaigns
Advertising performance metrics and reporting data

Cavaco AI does not access unrelated Google account content such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, Contacts, or Calendar data.

Users may revoke access to their Google account at any time through their Google account permissions settings or directly within the Cavaco AI platform.

Google Ads Data Usage

Information obtained from Google APIs is used solely for the purposes of providing and improving Cavaco AI's advertising and marketing automation services.

This may include:

Creating and managing advertising campaigns
Generating AI-assisted ad creatives and campaign structures
Managing ad groups, keywords, audiences, and assets
Measuring advertising performance and analytics
Optimizing campaigns and advertising spend
Using product catalog data for Shopping Ads and Performance Max campaigns

Cavaco AI uses Google Ads data only as authorized by the user and in accordance with applicable Google API Services policies.

Cavaco AI does not sell Google user data and does not use Google Ads data for purposes unrelated to providing or improving the functionality requested by the customer.

Data Retention and Deletion

Cavaco AI retains Google Ads and related Google API data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Users may request deletion of their connected Google account data at any time by:

Disconnecting their Google integration within Cavaco AI
Revoking OAuth access through their Google account settings
Contacting us at privacy@cavaco.ai

Once a deletion request is processed or access is revoked, Cavaco AI will stop accessing the associated Google account and will delete or anonymize stored Google API data within a commercially reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate security and compliance purposes.

Third-Party Integrations

Cavaco AI may integrate with third-party platforms and service providers in order to provide advertising, analytics, hosting, infrastructure, automation, and marketing-related functionality.

These third parties may process limited Google Ads-related data strictly on behalf of Cavaco AI and only as necessary to provide the Services. Cavaco AI requires such providers to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security measures consistent with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Cavaco AI does not permit third parties to use Google user data for independent advertising purposes or for purposes unrelated to the services provided to Cavaco AI.

We value your privacy and your rights as a data subject and have therefore appointed Prighter Group with its local partners as our privacy representative and your point of contact for the following regions:
